After all the models, the Malibu beach parties and Posse nights out with Tobey Maguire, Leonardo DiCaprio may have finally found The One.
es, the 43-year-old actor may have found the pretty young woman who has stirred his heart and soul enough that he wants to give up his bachelor ways, marry and have children.
The lucky woman is Camila Morrone, the 21-year-old Argentinian model, actress and aspiring lifestyle guru who has been his girlfriend for the past eight months, Us Weekly is reporting.
“They’re very in love and serious,” an insider told Us Weekly, even as the couple have yet to officially confirm they’re in a relationship.
“They’ve talked about getting engaged,” the insider added.
And even though Morrone is 22 years his junior, “The Revenant” actor has “never loved a girl like this,” the insider said.
DiCaprio didn’t even love Gisele Bundchen the way he loves Morrone, according to the insider. He and the future Mrs. Tom Brady dated from 2000 to 2005, which should have made them pretty serious.
“Gisele wanted to get married,” the insider said. “But Leo felt he was too young at the time.”
DiCaprio also never got serious — or perhaps never really dated — a one-time aspiring model named Vanessa Haydon, who later married Donald Trump Jr. and had five children with him
However, Star magazine in 1998 made it sound like things had become serious between DiCaprio and the soon-to-be ex-Mrs. Trump Jr. Star reported that DiCaprio had “fallen hard” for the “stunning young model” and was now “a one-woman man.”
But a New York magazine profile of DiCaprio in his post-“Titanic” days, when he was running around New York City and other global capitals with his famous Posse of young single actor friends, suggested that the then-P.R.-minded Vanessa Haydon planted the story to advance her nascent modeling career.
It’s not likely that Camila Morrone would pull such stunts. For one thing, Morrone is probably someone DiCaprio trusts because he’s known her for a number of years, from a time, not so long ago, when she was a pre-teen.
Morrone regards Al Pacino, DiCaprio’s friend and “Once Upon in Hollywood” co-star, as her “stepfather.” That’s because Morrone’s glamorous 41-year-old mother, Lucia Sola, has been dating Pacino since around 2009, when Morrone was 12. It is through Pacino that DiCaprio and Morrone have known each other for “many years.”
So DiCaprio also is very friendly with his possible, future mother-in-law. In fact, he took Sola along on his romantic getaway with Morrone to the south of France in July.
The Daily Mail reported that the trio spent a weekend in St. Tropez, the famous resort town on the French Riviera. Keeping things all in the family, the three were photographed, riding in boats to catch meals at famous celebrity restaurants in town.
There is a key reason that DiCaprio is looking to settle down, the source told Us Weekly.
“He’s ready to have kids,” the source said.
But Morrone also is ready to start making babies. “She loves having little kids around and wants to have kids with Leo,” the source said. But Morrone will only agree to have children if DiCaprio puts a ring on it.
“She wants to get married to him first,” the source said. “She’s very traditional in that way.”The Mrrcury News.
